HUA-910 digital black and white transmission densitometer is been used to measure the light quantity which through the transparent material(like film base). How to use

1. Turn on the power supply of the densitometer, turn on the power switch, and the display displays "---", indicating that the instrument is normal. The measurement can be carried out only after preheating for 2 minutes.

2. Zero calibration, that is, without placing any sample, press the measuring arm and press the zero calibration button at the same time. After the display shows "0.00", release the measuring arm and the instrument enters the state to be measured.

3. At this time, as long as the tested sample is placed in the measuring area, aligned with the light hole and pressed down the measuring arm, the reading of the display is the density value of the tested sample.

4. Loosen the probe arm and the displayed value remains unchanged.

5. Density difference measurement: measure the reference sample after zero calibration, loosen the measuring arm after the reading is stable, and then press the zero calibration button to display "0.00"; Then place the sample to be compared in the measuring area and press the measuring arm. At this time, the density difference between the two samples is displayed.

6. Without any sample, the instrument can enter the normal density measurement state after zero point calibration.

Matter need attention

1. During zero calibration, no shelter shall be placed under the probe arm. If there is any shelter, the actual density value of the measured negative film is inaccurate.

2. The probe and measuring hole shall be kept clean so as not to affect the accuracy of the probe.

3. The instrument shall avoid strong vibration, strong magnetic field interference and strong light irradiation.

4. As the calibration standard, the standard density film should be kept well to prevent mildew, aging, pollution or scratch, and avoid strong light exposure. The user only needs to enable this densitometer if he has doubts about the instrument reading.

5. HUA-910 portable black-and-white transmission densitometer is a high-precision instrument. Attention should be paid to dust-proof, moisture-proof, acid and alkali proof substances during use and storage. After the instrument is out of use, cut off the external power supply, place it in a cool, dry and ventilated place, cover the light hole and probe, and avoid strong mechanical vibration and corrosive gas.

6. When the displayed value reading exceeds the specified density range, the measured value still has reference value.

7. The instrument is delivered from the factory and has been accurately calibrated. Please do not disassemble it at will.
