ASME ASTM Standard Quantitative Quality Indicators Magnetic Flux Indicator QQI Test Shim 3C2-234
HUATEC Group Quantitative Quality Indicators are magnetic particle test shim with artificial defects used to verify proper field direction and adequate field strength. NDT QQI shims are a valuable tool to be used to establish testing criteria with Multi-Directional 2-D and 3-D type testers and to increase productivity by minimizing magnetizing shots.
NDT QQI shims are both thin and flexible to conform to the geometry of the test shim. They must be held in intimate contact with the test piece by either tape or glue.
