In the process of metallographic specimen preparation, grinding is indispensable from the project before polishing. Grinding can improve the quality of sample preparation. HPA-2 grinding working principle: First water flows into the spinning disc through the pipe. Sand paper float on the water. Under the effect of rotating centrifugal force of disc, water under sand paper throw out and become vacuum. Atmospheric pressure will press the sand paper on the disc closely, then you can do grinding wok. When rotate stop, the pressure disappear, sand paper is free to be taken down.
